Rattler Cornish Pink Gin
The folks behind Healeys Cornish Cyder have gone and made their very own pink gin, using something they know very well indeed - apples! The spirit is distilled from apples, and alongside more traditional gin botanicals, the spirit is infused with raspberries, imparting the familiar fruity sweetness as well as the blushing hue. An ace showcase of West Country deliciousness, and great as a summer sipper.
