Hayman's Spiced Sloe Gin
A wonderfully colourful spiced edition of Haymans Sloe Gin! It's been steeped in sloe fruit flowers and a whole range of seasonal spices. The wonderful tipple even got all dressed up for the delicious occasion, wrapped up in fun patterned paper that looks as though it could have been a shirt that John Lennon wore.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Autumnal hints of stewed berries, forest floor and a helping of toasty cinnamon. A hint of Bakewell tart, too.
Palate
Ginger and peppercorn arrive on the palate, bolstered by earthy juniper and coriander. Strawberry and damson round out the palate, bringing ample sweetness.
Finish
Marzipan, plum jam and lingering leafy hints.
