This is a rather special edition of Hayman's gin, Rare Cut was released to celebrate Christopher Hayman's 50th anniversary as master distiller! The London Dry is fittingly bottled at 50% ABV, so you can be sure it makes a mean Rare Cut Martini, and don't skip on the lemon peel.
