Hayman's London Dry Gin is produced to a family recipe which is over 150 years old. These days, this gin is produced in London (following the Hayman's base of operations moving from essex in 2018), only four miles from where the company was founded all those years ago. Excellent for making a Martini.
Fresh orange and lemon, piney juniper, coriander spiciness with a hint of fennel.
My go to for a London Dry Gin. Mixes very well with my new favourite tonic Double Dutch.
Very elegant gin
Good with tonic but no better than a lot of cheaper gins. I prefer London Hills and Sainsbury’s own brand Blackfriars fir example.
A gin with a kick better than a premiership footballer.
