Hawkridge London Dry Gin
Hawkridge London Dry Gin is a fascinating expression, which has been made using a blend of botanicals, both floral and herbal ones, which were popular during the British Victorian era. It's a bit like tasting history, sort of, except you don't need to hop in a time machine and risk changing the future. Bonus! The producers recommend serving it in a G&T with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a wedge of lime. Sounds good to us!

Earthy anise and a burst of lemon, with layers of juniper and coriander developing. A hint of mint, too.
