The team at Spirit of Brancaster travelled by foot and by kayak to harvest botanicals around their home on the north Norfolk coast when developing this gin. The likes of samphire, sea buckthorn, elderflower, and gorse provide a bright, gently herbaceous, coastal character, balanced by delicate floral sweetness.
