Harrogate Rhubarb Gin
This gin tastes almost as sweet as the cute otter that adorns its bottle. A flavoured gin intended to stir memories of rhubarb crumble and visits to grandma, and inspired by the abundance of Rhubarb at Ripley Castle in Harrogate. Fresh rhubarb is fermented and distilled with limes and infused with fresh ginger and English rose, cut with Harrogate spring water.
