This expression from the Harrogate Gin range, produced at the Ripley Castle Estate, boasts a bounty of blueberry brilliance at its core! It's made with handpicked blueberries along with other gin botanicals, and it pairs excellently with a floral tonic water. The folks behind this gin have pledged to give 5p to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust for every one of their gins sold to help protect the natural habitats of local wildlife. Also, there's an otter on the bottle, which is wonderful.
Enjoyably sweet with summer berry and vanilla, while drying juniper and floral lavender back it up.
So smooth, very nice flavour . Bought it whilst in Harrogate last year. Saving it for a special time.
