Hammer and Son

Hammer & Son Old English Gin

Oldy-timey gin from Hammer & Son, made with 11 botanicals to a recipe from 1783 and distilled in the oldest working pot still in England! It's even presented in an oldy-timey fashion, in a recycled, wax sealed bottle.

Please note: The wax on these bottles is prone to cracking. This does not impact the deliciousness of the gin within the bottle. It remains wonderful with or without cracked wax.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Juniper forward, this gin nonetheless has a depth of character that's hard to put your finger on with dark, earthy spices and hints of citrus.

Palate

Juniper led once again with more vibrant citrus, minerality and great mouthfeel. Fruity, earthy notes lend subtle support and complexity.

Finish

Clean and crisp.
