Description
A cracking coastal gin from Gyre & Gimble, featuring a helping of samphire as one of its most distinctive botanicals. Alongside the savoury plant, the team has also used dulse seaweed, grapefruit, lavender, and more. There's a definite maritime feel to this expression, with grapefruit zestiness and peppery wafts keeping it balanced.
