
The folks at Green Room Distillery have come up with their very own sloe gin, and this is it right here! Fresh, hand-picked sloes are allowed to infuse for at least three months in Green Room's classic Small Batch Gin, with homemade sugar syrup added to taste before bottling. A tremendous sipper neat on a chilly day, and also works very well when lengthened with tonic or lemonade.
Juicy, sloes with rich, earthy depth rest beside crisp juniper, cardamom, and a pinch of zest, with a good balance of gentle, jammy sweetness.
