Part of a very special series from the folks over at Glaswegin. They've taken their award winning gin and put it into specially selected casks, to age for just the right amount of time to impart enough of the cask's flavour, without overpowering their gin. This one's been aged in Rioja STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) casks, which means the punchy red wine doesn't drown out some of the more delicate floral botanicals. The flavours in this gin really come alive with a simple tonic, or try floating a spoonful of Rioja on top for a full flavour experience.
Please note: In the packing process, there's a chance some of the writing on the bottle may be rubbed off. Luckily, the liquid inside the bottle will remain in tip top shape!
The ripe, forest fruits from the Rioja come through and mingle with the floral, citrus notes in the gin. Nice and spicy, with pink peppercorns and a zesty finish.
