Gin XII

This fetching dry gin hails from the Haute-Provence region of France and displays plenty of regional character through its selection of 12 (XII if you're feeling Roman) botanicals. Including the likes of thyme, rosemary, basil, and sweet almond, it has a pleasant balance of floral and herbal character, with lingering aromatic spice. It'll make a lovely herbaceous G&T, preferably garnished with a fresh sprig from the garden!
Tingly juniper and spice sit alongside sweet, nutty notes, citrus and vegetal, wild herbs.
