Gin impavid

Gin impavid Bottling Note

Gin David is the meeting point in a Venn diagram consisting of 'gin' and 'classic Italian sculptures from the European Renaissance' (a very small overlap, by the way). This gin is made using a combination of 12 botanicals, including juniper, vanilla, grapefruit, orange, cinnamon, coriander, anise, elderflower, lime, iris, angelica and bergamot. The resulting gin is presented in bottles shaped like the head of Michelangelo's David sculpture.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Full-bodied vanilla and fresh angelica floral elements, followed by a burst of juicy citrus sweetness. A touch of festive spices develops.

Amazing gin.
Lovely with half and half tonic, but really shines on its own. Amazing stuff, an absolute new favourite.

Just drink it neat.
Fantastic, pour slowly over ice and enjoy. Add tonic if you want of course, but just super sipping neat.

Over ice
This gin is superb. Great flavour, subtle enough for zero mixer. Didn't last long, but I'm left with the gorgeous bottle!

This is sooo tasty, I’ve had over 200 premium gins and this has to be one of the best I’ve had. A must buy for the gin lover - like me!

My new ‘premium’ go to.
David Gin is now my premium go to. Tastes absolutely beautiful, soft, thick and lively. And who doesn’t love that stunning bottle.
