What originally began as a quest for yuzu for Eva and Stefan of Gin Eva resulted in a bounty of citrus discoveries, and a brand new gin for their range! Gin Eva Citrus Bergamia is with fresh bergamot and Macedonian juniper. That's all. No other botanicals neccessary - this manages to be hugely expressive and generally yummy with just those two.
