Gin d'Azur
Inspired by the sunny shores of the Côte d’Azur and distilled in Cognac, Gin d'Azur makes the most of its Provençal botanicals. Each one has been harvested at its aromatic peak, and then they're all distilled separately. The botanical list includes lavender, Menton lemon peel, marjoram, mountain savory, rosemary, star anise, thyme and the all important juniper, along with a touch of Camargue salt.
Distinctly herbal and bright, with thyme and marjoram standing out. Juniper is crisp and earthy, while the lemon peel brings lightness to the flavour profile.
Very smooth and nice botanicals. Made me think of Provence.

I didn’t love Negronis until I had a Gin d’Azur Negroni! Wow! The soft salinity of the Sel de Camargue makes the Campari so balanced.
The most delicious of gins I’ve ever tasted. The taste and aromas of the south of France are so evident making this my favourite gin and from my most favourite part of the world. It’s so unique and a must try gin!
