Gin d'Azur
Inspired by the sunny shores of the Côte d’Azur and distilled in Cognac, Gin d'Azur makes the most of its Provençal botanicals. Each one has been harvested at its aromatic peak, and then they're all distilled separately. The botanical list includes lavender, Menton lemon peel, marjoram, mountain savory, rosemary, star anise, thyme and the all important juniper, along with a touch of Camargue salt.
Distinctly herbal and bright, with thyme and marjoram standing out. Juniper is crisp and earthy, while the lemon peel brings lightness to the flavour profile.

Love this gin. The bottle is both fun and stylish and it tastes great too. Very light, refreshing and easy to drink. Takes me straight back to the Summer!
I love this gin.. reminds me of the South of France ??
Crisp, light and refreshing, although deceptively full-bodied with a depth of flavour that stands out from the array of samey-samey gins flooding the market. The attention to the quality of the botanicals, as well as the intriguing touch of salt, which lends a hint of savoury at the finish, makes this gin sublime when served on the rocks, with a citrus peel of choice. I have also enjoyed several martinis with this as the base, and paired with a good vermouth, and a lemon twist, I can't say I've had one better. No doubt this will make a fantastic gin & tonic when the weather turns too. 5/5.
