Gin Bothy Stirrup Cup Gin
A variation on Gin Bothy's classic recipe, featuring gorse flower, ginger and Scottish apples in the mix. If you're unfamiliar with a Stirrup Cup (we had to Google it ourselves), it's a drink served to people who are just about to leave on horseback - sort of like a Ye Olde Times "one for the road".
