Geranium London Dry Gin 55°
A special edition, higher strength bottling of the very popular (and very tasty) Geranium London Dry Gin. To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the brand, they've created a gin bottled at 55% ABV, intended to stand out in cocktails and mixed drinks. Once again, it features the unusual though undoubtedly delightful geranium plant as a botanical. Works excellently in a Martini.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Big, punchy wafts of juniper, bright lemon zest and the aromatic, herbaceous geranium.
Palate
Earthy spices and plenty of juniper. The geranium develops floral notes that work well with the citrus throughout.
Finish
Geranium goodness lasts to the end.
Overall
Would be a good addition to the drinks cabinets of those that like their Martinis with some strength behind them.
