From the Initial Gin range comes an expression that harks back to the days of yore as much as it does look forward to modern times. The OTG expression is an Old Tom Gin (hence the initials, and in turn, hence the name) featuring the likes of cinnamon and orange among its botanicals, and sweetened with honey. Lip-smacking stuff, great for cocktails, or even simply served with ginger ale and a wedge of lime.

Softly sweet with hints of floral blossom freshness, leading into woody juniper and a touch of toasty cinnamon.
