If there was a gin for British Summer Time, Initial Gin's BST would be it. Y'know, because... Well, yeah, it's name, obviously, but also because it's got marvellously mellow notes of flowers in bloom alongside with fresh juniper, plus cooling hints of cucumber. Enjoy with tonic water, a ribbon of cucumber, and plenty of ice on a warm summer evening.
Oily juniper, violet, vanilla blossom, subtle vegetal hints lingering, a touch of mint.

Really unusual (but delicious) summertime tipple. Purchased for a friend, looking forward to warmer days ahead.
I tried this in a cocktail during Sussex cocktail week and loved it. Went home and ordered us a bottle. It's delicious and super good with cucumber tonic. Lush!
I was a little dubious when I first smelt this… very floral. However, with the recommended cucumber based tonic water, the floral notes really die down and a crisp freshness come though. My new favourite summer drink
Literally summer in a glass - warning though.... the alcohol content is surprisingly deceptive and went down a little too well sitting in the late afternoon sun.
