A fascinating Italian gin from Fred Jerbis, made with a selection of 43 botanicals and bottled at 43% ABV (hence the name). To get the most out of the botanicals, five different methods of flavour extraction were utilised, including cold maceration of fresh and dried herbs, hot maceration, pot distillation and vapour distillation.
Ripe orange, mint and forest floor. A touch of dried oak.
