A fabulous London Dry Gin from Foxdenton. The distillers have for many years been suppliers to Tottering Hall, where Lady Tottering has a famous penchant for gin. This is the special recipe made for evenings at Tottering Hall and it makes for a truly sublime gin and tonic!
Nose: Peppery, aromatic nose. Peppermint, cut hay, juniper and clean citrus.
Palate: A rounded, rich palate with dry oak, pine resin, juniper and a tinge of cardamom.
Finish: Long and spiced.
