Description

The first expression to join the Founder's Edition collection from Foxdenton, here we see its traditional Sloe Gin given the barrel-aged treatment. The gin rested in a pair of cherry wood smoked bourbon barrels, imparting impressive depth and complexity, with layers of char, vanilla, and spice alongside the unctuous dark fruit at its core.

Overall

Dense dark fruit and woody juniper join sweet oak char, and toasted vanilla to balance rich, toasty spice.
