Foxdenton Double Barrelled Sloe Gin
The first expression to join the Founder's Edition collection from Foxdenton, here we see its traditional Sloe Gin given the barrel-aged treatment. The gin rested in a pair of cherry wood smoked bourbon barrels, imparting impressive depth and complexity, with layers of char, vanilla, and spice alongside the unctuous dark fruit at its core.
