Northern Fox Rhubarb & Cream Tea Gin
The folks at Fox Gins up in Yorkshire have combined the delightful pairing of rhubarb and tea for this expression, two flavours that are synonymous with their home county. First up, the ingredients were used by The Metropolitan Tea Company to create a delicate tea blend, which was then infused in alcohol, and redistilled, to impart a gently creamy, fruity character. Top stuff mixed with tonic, garnished with some berries.

A floral start, with soft fruits and aromatic petals, crisp juniper shines amongst wafts of jasmine and tangy rhubarb, with softly herbal notes beneath.
