Part of Linlithgow Distillery's gin series inspired by the ladies-in-waiting of Mary Queen of Scots comes Four Marys Bonny Bramble Gin. Classic botanicals are distilled alongside fresh raspberry leaves before the spirit is infused with Scottish brambles. The woman behind the inspiration for this expression was Mary Livingston, who loved the outdoors, and horseriding in particular. Presumably she would have seen a fair few brambles on her horseback travels...
Well rounded, gentle fruit sweetness and robust earthy undertones alongside piney juniper.
