Alongside a core of traditional botanicals, this gin includes dried Polish apples and pears, as well as Welsh rowan and elderberries. With delicately sweet, crisp notes of fruit and spice, and softly floral herbs, this is fab in a classic, no-nonsense G&T, and will make a great base for cocktails too.
