First things first, let us clarify that actual jet fuel hasn't been anywhere near this bottling from Flight Club. However, something much more delicious has been infused into this punchy expression, and that's cold filtered espresso beans from Caffè Grande Abaco, just outside of Manchester, where Defiance Distillery is based. There's a dash of sugar and a selection of more classic gin botanicals in there too, but roasted coffee notes are the star of this show.
Rich, toasty and slightly bitter espresso, with notes of chocolate orange and sweet anise.
