This vibrant gin from Flight Club showcases the marvellous Seville orange! Test Pilot Gin is actually distilled using rotary blades somehow (we're not exactly sure), which is pretty wild, with Seville orange in there among liquorice root, lavender, grains of paradise, star anise and lemon. We reckon a peppery tonic and a slice of orange should do this one very well, though don't be afraid to... test out some more unique serves.
