Something rather intriguing from Fishers in Suffolk, its a smoked London dry gin! The Fishers gang partnered with smokehouse Pinney's of Orford for this creation, oak smoking its coastal botanicals before distilling the gin. Rare English botanicals such as sea purslane, rock samphire, and bog myrtle are locally foraged and hung in hessian sacks inside the smokehouse for five days, allowing the rich, earthy smoke to penetrate them, without losing their unique characteristics. Fascinating stuff. Red Snapper cocktails all round we reckon?
