Herbaceous and subtly salty. Vegetal rock samphire notes stand out.
Slightly sweeter than on the nose, with fresh juniper and orange peels. Still herbal, and perhaps a little coastal.
Mint leaf and cardamom. Juniper remains sweet.

I’ve visited the distillery and tried them all, I’ve never had a better gin. Great people, great story and a really great gin. The original pairs great with double Dutch tonic and the smoked gin goes great with ginger ale and lime.

One of my favourite gins, and local to us in Suffolk. savory tasting, very refreshing with hints of citrus. Works well with Double Dutch Skinny tonic and a garnish of dried orange.
