A variation on the standard Firkin Gin recipe - instead of allowing their gin to age in whisky casks, they've let it rest in casks that previously held Port! The sweetness of the fortified wine really helps bring out some citrus depth from Firkin.
Juicy orange and grapefruit, with hints of cedar, red berries and oily juniper.
