A fruit-forward variation of Fire & Ice Gin, this expression packs a core of juniper notes alongside wild berry notes. Enjoyably sweet, and perfect for summery cocktails. Perhaps garnished with some fresh berries too, to really bolster the berry notes.
Raspberry and strawberry, balanced by subtly spicy juniper and coriander.
Light, fresh, floral nose, very pleasant indeed. Quite an aniseedy finish, which I'm not keen on, but that's just personal taste. Quite light but still amazing for the price.
