From the Filibuster range comes Dual Cask Gin, which is treated to a secondary barrel infusion with helpings of holy basil, lemon verbena, and rosemary thrown in there, helping bolster the gin's herbaceous flavour profile. It has worked wonders, resulting in an expression that should do very well in cocktails that need the gin to really stand out, we think.
Fragrant lemon and floral orris notes, a good flash of peppery juniper, savoury basil notes a some subtle vanilla.
