A blushing pink gin from the Filey Distillery, based in an old herring smokehouse on the coast of North Yorkshire. It takes a splash of inspiration from the more bitter pink gins of days gone by, which got their colour from bitters, so cassia and cinchona bark are among the botanicals here – along with Filey rhubarb and strawberries, too.
Baking spices, a touch of balanced woody bitterness, juniper, cardamom, and wafts of berry sweetness.

This is one of the nicest Pink Gins I have ever tried. It has become my Pink Gin of choice.
It's a Pink but still a "grown up gin" my none pink gin friends loved this, a tad drier than the rest of the pack. Rhubarb followed by a smidgen of stawberry but still juniper a plenty.
