All the way from Falmouth comes Falmouth Black Rock Cornish Gin! The name comes from its home town (obviously), as well as the Black Rock, which has sat in its harbour for many, many years. Lots of juniper notes to be had here, along with helpings of lemon verbena, elderberries, and eucalyptus. The result is a crisp, flavoursome gin perfect for standing out in cocktails.
