From Lancashire's Fairham distillery, this copper pot distilled gin is vapour infused with a selection of 14 botanicals, fruits, and spices. Oranges and clementines are the stars of the show, supported by a generous helping of juniper, and botanicals such as lime, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, and clove. This ought to shine in a Negroni.
