The folks at Fairham distillery spent a year developing the recipe for this gin before they were happy with it. The refreshing flavours of fresh apple and sweet grape lead the way, joined by a combo of juniper, coriander seed, and coriander leaf. This simple yet effective selection of botanicals allows the fruit flavours to shine – give this a go mixed with tonic, lemonade, or ginger ale, garnished with a slice of apple.
