The FAIR. folks continue making brilliant spirits with Fair Trade ingredients, and we keep loving each one of them! This is the FAIR. Juniper Gin Old Tom, made using their original FAIR. Juniper Gin recipe, with the addition of Fair Trade sugar syrup from Malawi, then aged for three months in casks that previously held rum.
Huge helpings of vanilla and honey, joined by crisp juniper and cinnamon.
