A citrus-forward gin from The English Drinks Company. Lime Tree Gin doesn't contain any actual lime trees, just the limes themselves. Nonetheless, the zesty dry gin is packed full of flavour, an ultimately refreshing serve that would do nicely with a good wedge of lime to accompany it.
Piney juniper and a splash of sharp lime, with a hit of zesty, smooth citrus on the finish.
This is a lovely gin. The lime is not too overpowering but is strong enough to leave a distinct flavour. Highly recommended
