Ellis Gin No.4 50cl

Each batch of Ellis Gin is handcrafted in small batches in Glasgow, each with a different set of botanicals. Edition No. 3 was created with butterfly pea and No. 2 was made by macerating Scottish brambles with gin, for example.

Ellis Gin No.4 is a shimmering pink gin that combines traditional botanicals including juniper, citrus peel, coriander, angelica and orris root with strawberry syrup to add colour and create a sweet profile.
