Jorvik’s Y-Gin comes to us from Ellers Farm Distillery, and features a host of botanicals including juniper, cardamom, and liquorice, as well as a more local ingredient – Yorkshire rhubarb! Balancing spiciness with tanginess, it makes for a great G&T.
Rhubarb offers a sweet, zesty core, with earthy juniper and liquorice alongside it.
Flavourful and punchy but also with delicate flavours. Impressive.
