
A characterful cask-aged sloe gin from the carbon-neutral Ellers Farm distillery in North Yorkshire. Not just any cask, mind, this gin was aged in Cognac casks! The team begins by macerating whole sloe berries in a secret recipe gin for six months, then ages the gin for at least six more months in a Cognac cask for a rich profile, layered with jammy sweetness, stone fruits, and warming botanicals.
Piney juniper, herbaceous eucalyptus, cough sweets, and sweet, jammy berries, with warming waves of ginger, stone fruits, raisins, and orange peel.
