A pretty darn marvellous gin from Leith's Electric Spirit Co., featuring Sichuan pepper and fennel seed alongside the classic juniper as botanicals. We're expecting much tastiness to occur when this is used to make a Negroni. Not only is it tasty, the Electric Spirit Co. has gone to great effort to make the packaging for Achroous Gin be infinitely recyclable or biodegradable! Excellent stuff.
Herbaceous and subtly earthy, with just a touch of juniper sweetness sitting at its core.

Not to my taste, just due to fennel being something I cannot stand. Such a shame as I enjoy tasting all gins.
This is the most amazing tasting gin - the fennel note is fantastic! Tasted it first at Gin on the Fringe Event in Edinburgh and bought a bottle. So delighted to have tracked down where I can buy more! Love it! Well impressed with Master of Malt too!
