A pretty darn marvellous gin from Leith's Electric Spirit Co., featuring Sichuan pepper and fennel seed alongside the classic juniper as botanicals. We're expecting much tastiness to occur when this is used to make a Negroni. Not only is it tasty, the Electric Spirit Co. has gone to great effort to make the packaging for Achroous Gin be infinitely recyclable or biodegradable! Excellent stuff.
Herbaceous and subtly earthy, with just a touch of juniper sweetness sitting at its core.

Bought under advise in a local spirits shop at Edinburgh, Easter str. and it is just a shot! Great taste, great herb bouquet, great bottle design and yes, great personal touch to my bottle. Had to wait a few days, because my luggage was somewhere nowhere, but it worth waiting! Admiration to the master!!

Love this gin, stunning design and quality that the owner still does by hand. The quality doesn't stop there, the gin itself is complex and the Sichuan adds a light herbal and lemon zing that is exciting but not overpowering.
