Edinburgh Gin presents its take on a classic Old Tom, balancing traditional dryness with a touch of sweet. Instead of adding copious amounts of sugar, the distillers focused on selecting botanicals that impart a naturally sweet profile to accompany a host of more traditional bitter gin botanicals. Vanilla, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, sarsaparilla root, tonka bean, and meadowsweet flowers bring soft, fragrant sweetness that'll work well mixed with a crisp tonic and plenty of ice, garnished with a lemon wedge.
