Description

This cask-aged edition of Eden Mill Gin is treated to a 15-month rest in white wine casks from Burgundy. The result is a characterful spirit, with zesty, herbaceous botanicals bolstered by soft stone fruits and buttery oak. Ought to make a cracking base for some classic spirit-forward cocktails.

Overall

A rich core of resinous juniper, citrus peel, and herbaceous zest, joined by soft layers of peach and apricot, a touch of floral melon, and aromatic oak.
