Description
This Irish gin from the Elchinville Distillery is named for the men and women who worked in the flax fields and linen mills of Ireland, the weavers. It's rather appropriate then that the spirit is infused with Irish flax seeds which add a silky creamy note, alongside a few other botanicals.

Lots of citrus, with tart grapefruit and slightly sweeter orange peel, with bright floral notes all supported by a creamy, grainy backdrop.
