Dunnet Bay Distillers is back with another distilled with another fabulous Scottish gin. It contains a smashing 21 botanicals, including three which are sourced within five miles of the Castle of Mey, which are sweet cicely, a fern-like aniseed-scented plant, bog myrtle and applemint. A truly local gin which brings a unique and certainly Scottish flavour profile.

Liquorice notes lead into refreshing mint sweeties, a hint of red berry followed by aromatic herbaceous notes, a citrus touch and peppery juniper on the finish.
